Celebrating Earth Week April 20-24
When we stand against food waste, we take a big step toward ending hunger. Your support helps redirect good, nutritious food to neighbors across West Central Wisconsin who need it most.
Every year, billions of pounds of perfectly good food are wasted, while more than 34 million people across the United States face hunger. Food banks like Feed My People play a vital role in closing that gap by recovering surplus food and ensuring it reaches families instead of landfills.
Through strong partnerships with local businesses, farmers, and food suppliers, we rescue and source a wide variety of fresh and shelf-stable foods to serve our region. This work not only expands access to nutritious options, it strengthens our local food system.
Our commitment to sustainability goes even further. We bale plastic packaging onsite and send it upstream to be repurposed into durable materials like composite decking, reducing waste while supporting innovative reuse solutions.
Together, your donations are building a more efficient, sustainable, and compassionate food system—one where less is wasted and more is shared.

Thank you for sponsoring Earth Week
